Dorothy-Anna Orser, CIM®, PFP®, FSCI®, AIFP®

Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Advisor

Dorothy-Anna (D-A) became an Investment Advisor with a major Canadian firm in Kitchener, Ontario, in 1987, after undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario, Simon Fraser University, and Waterloo University. Before embarking on her chosen career, she had started and managed her own business in the Waterloo area. Since then, D-A has enjoyed success as an investment advisor and portfolio manager with several major financial organizations, including both bank-owned firms and independents, before joining Echelon Wealth Partners in 2016.

She has chosen to be part of Echelon Wealth Partners because working with an independent company affords her the opportunity to work closely with her clients to develop strategies that are guided by her clients’ interests alone, and to provide unbiased and comprehensive advice.

D-A lives in the west end of Toronto where she spends time with her spouse and her daughter who lives nearby. They enjoy walking, travelling, music, and being active including practising hot yoga.
